Collecting NFT Badges

Before you can start collecting NFT Badges, you must first set up your Web3Gate mobile app for the first time. Please follow the instructions here to link an existing wallet or create a new one if you haven't already done so.

Getting your Web3Gate Account Ready for NFT Badges

1. Tap the gear icon to open the settings screen

2. Tap on "Badges"

3. Activate the "Receive Badges" option if it's not already active

4. Tap on "Select"

5. Select the wallet you want to use for receiving your NFT Badges

6. Tap on "CONFIRM"

7. Congratulations, you're all set! If you want to receive your NFT Badges in a different wallet, tap "Edit" and select a different wallet that you've already linked to your Web3Gate Account. Please note that NFT Badges are not transferable between wallets. Any NFT Badges you've already received will stay in the wallet they are currently in.

Claim you NFT Badges

NFT badges are only available if the event organiser is distributing them. If you have any questions, please contact the event organiser. There are two ways to claim your NFT badges, and which one is available depends on what the organiser is offering.

Option 1: Scanning a QR Code Sign

1. Launch Web3Gate mobile app and tap on the scan button at the bottom of the screen

2. Look for similar QR Code Sign, and just scan it with Web3Gate mobile app

3. After allowing some time for minting, you will be able to view all of your collected badges on the Badges screen

Option 2: Scanning by a Verifier

1. Launch Web3Gate mobile app and tap on the "QR CODE" button
2. Show the verifier the QR Code
3. You will receive a notification when the NFT badge has been minted
